And so if, you know, targeted antibiotics, obviously those are the best, but there's really not a great way to get that barren land back.
You can't just throw probiotics on it.
And the thing is, we're losing gut bacteria generation to generation because in our last 100 years, we've kind of become very sterile.
And even mothers are passing down less bacteria to their kids.
And that's what we need to not get sick.
That's what we need to balance our hormones.
That's what we need to feel our best.
So it's a real problem.
So we got to get that bacteria back.

This is basic thing.
Fiber, probiotic foods, and protein.
Like you can be on any diet.
You could be a carnivore.
You could be a vegan.
But if you were able to grow that gut bacteria by feeding it, that's what fiber does.
Or if you're adding more bacteria from probiotic foods.
And if you're eating more protein, which the gut also loves, gut bacteria, you are able to actually get yourself to that next level.

It's an inflection point.
