Like it is the strongest actual phenomenon that happens in our body.
Like if you have a dopamine craving, you will do anything to get it.
And that's why drugs and alcohol are
use like are so addictive because they use that dopamine pathway okay but we can use it to good too dopamine pathway is also the one that makes us motivated to do more to reach higher to like do more stuff and dopamine is also really regulated and i was going to say how is it connected to the gut yeah so dopamine is also one of the things that the gut bacteria can make and
They can regulate it.
They can speak it.
So this kind of hormone gut brain connection is something I think that everyone, if they just understood it, they would be like, oh, this is why I have to eat better or this is why I have to take care of that gut bacteria.
