You wonder if it has plausible benefit for endurance folks, not even extreme stuff, the ultra stuff, which could be the case, but even a soccer game in the heat. A baseball game, probably not as much, but any real outdoor activity from a sporting perspective where you're going to be in a lot of heat. I don't know if there's any data on that, but it's plausible.
