So the idea is that if if if you're f so for instance, I was stuck in an elevator in South Carolina back in 2021, and there was an older woman and her adult son in the elevator.
It was really hot.
The electricity came off.
We were stuck in there for like 30 minutes before the fire department, you know, rescued us.
And in the wake of that experience, I became claustrophobic.
Um you know, un
unconsciously, unwittingly, and anytime I was in like a d a dark underground space, I would literally freak out.
Okay.
So how did I solve that problem?
I would deliberately go into places that were more dark and claustrous means like, you know, small, and you know, spend a little bit of time and then come out.
