And so how do we think about what this country could become in an equitable space?

when the wealth gap is increasing because of this administration and a lot of their fiscal policies that are making it much easier for wealthy people to get even more wealthy.

And it's making it much harder for poor people to stay poor.

And the last point is because of, you know, we've mentioned tariffs, but we're not even talking about health care.

When Obamacare runs out, they're going to be millions upon millions of Americans

who not only won't be able to afford healthcare, but we know that one bad illness can bankrupt an entire family or an entire community.

And so we're going to look at this increased wealth gap that will have generational effects.

We'll never know the real damage of this presidency, the first term or the second term.

We're still detangling the dangers from the Reagan administration.

So I don't wanna sound doom and gloom.

I'm always optimistic because I teach the youth of America

And hopefully they'll have it together.

But I am quite nervous as we ban books and ban our history.

But we have to take this moment very seriously.

And we need to hope that Republicans will snap out of this fear factor that they're in.

Take the baton from a lot of folks in Congress, since it seems as though on both sides of the aisle, they're not willing to give up that power either to help us reimagine what democracy could look like.
