Um sometimes guys start thinking about you know, their partners, past partners.
So the the partners' exes and and trying to compare themselves and so there's there's a whole heap of factors, but of course all of these factors are about focusing in the moment, or in this case not focusing in the moment and getting lost in your thoughts.
It's really hard for a partner to help ease those anxieties, but I think what the partner can do is is help the the guy in this case refocus on what he's meant to be doing.
I often talk with people about using their five senses in sex.
Um one of the things I do recommend for for men, gay and straight, is to consider oral sex because of course when we're performing oral sex, all five senses are engaged visually because we're so
close to the body.
Um there's always aroma and I I don't mean a smell, I just mean a a general aroma.
There's a taste.
Um there's the sensation of the touch of the body as you're performing oral sex.
And of course there are sounds, the sounds of oral sex itself, but of course your partner making sounds.
So all five senses are engaged.
So it becomes really, really hard sometimes when all your five senses are engaged for your mind to then to go off and worry about it's
My dick big enough.
Um so yeah, d so it it it's in some ways re engaging in the moment is what I think is is the best thing.
Often then we're starting to look at things such as stress, other anxieties are coming in.
Um, you know, the the classic I talk about is the couple that has four children.
Um four children all doing two activities per week, two sports or two instruments or two things per week.
They don't get da sit down until seven or eight o'clock or nine o'clock at night and then they think they're going to connect and and and you know, turn off from the day and of course they don't.
But even for people without children, you know, they're they they have anxieties all around them and you know, quite often I'm talking with people and their minds are are running away.
from them.
