So it's not about focusing not focus f it's it's not about focusing on on focusing.
Oh, that's very confusing.
Um it's it's really about
Um refocusing in the moment.
And again, you know, I often talk with with guys about mindfulness, um, being in the moment sexually and and we do I get them doing masturbation homework around how to be more sexually mindful in the moment through using touch and being aware of what's going on with their body and understanding how their body responds.
And the I what I'm hearing is what we generally refer to as delayed ejaculation.
Guys can often ejaculate through masturbation but not through forms of penetration or oral sex.
Again it's a form of performance anxiety and it's also often tied to um there's a physical at attribute element to it.
Um and yeah, it's it's it's I'm gonna say quite hideous because of
course the pressure then comes from our partner to ejaculate it and everyone wants the ejaculation and maybe it's also about
reorienting your sex life and not focusing on the ejaculation and maybe also not being so linear.
Um, you know, it's also important to talk with your partner and and and talk about, you know, you talk about wanting it to be sleazy, so why not make it sleazy?
Um y with it with with words or or with language.
So I think you can come at that, it's a really bad choice of words just there.
You can come at it um from from a couple of angles.
One I think talking to your partner and saying, Hey, I I I like a bit of sleaze in this and and and how you can create that.
Um and the other side is is just I'm gonna say r relaxing and allowing your body to respond.
