And this is something that you do intermittently, whereas KetoFlex 12-3 is something that helps your brain every day. So it's a different strategy. And you can do both because you can do the intermittent work, for example, with a fasting-mimicking diet or with a longevity-related diet, as well as doing this mildly ketogenic plant-rich. And yes, it absolutely has protein.
