I don't want to compare exercise to any other of the neurofactors, but we're beginning to believe that exercise is central.
You have to move.
You have to create a life of movement.
Because when you move, both aerobic and anaerobic, both exercises that make you tired and exercises that strengthen your muscles, both are now found to be critically important.
When you move, believe it or not, it's the number one factor that affects your emotions.
Whether it's anxiety, depression, it's incredibly potent.
I'm not saying as a replacement for medications, but as a powerful adjunct, it's incredibly important.
But on the brain itself, when you move, it creates chemicals such as BDNF, GDNF, and VJET.
