I want to be more like him.
And I reckon most of the readers of this book want to be more like Mr. Stevens as well.
Look, a lot of it you can impact.
And certainly what's been studied the most, and we spoke about this when we talked about Save Your Brain, is we've really looked at the epidemiological data around dementia.
And we know that it looks like around 50% of it we can definitely prevent altogether.
And in the same way that we would prevent it altogether, you can certainly push it off for five years, 10 years, 20 years.
And you can also delay the smaller changes in your brains from becoming bigger ones.
And if you can extrapolate what's going on in your brain to the rest of your body, we know that there is a good 50% that is inside your control.
