You need to be lifting your body weight in weights.
You know, it can really sound like a bit judgy and I don't want to be part of that.
That's never what I want to be part of.
So, yes, having said all my little preface that I had to say, it's actually not very complicated.
As much as you might be sort of tuning into the biohackers who are sort of all in their IV drips and out there on $157,000 a day of supplements and on their NAD plus infusions and all the rest of it, there's no evidence for any of that crap, that any of it works, right?
There may be in the future.
I will write a book on it if it happens.
But right now, the basics is where the evidence sits.
And as time goes on, the more far out and wacky doodle things that maybe had a shred of evidence in a study of white hairless mice is now panned.
And all the stuff that keeps coming up again and again and again, your good diet, your exercise, your sleep,
your happiness, you're investing in your sort of overall wellbeing, the evidence just gets stronger.
And so the answer for you is probably not going to be in the supplement aisle of your supermarket.
It's going to be in the front of the supermarket, that fresh food that a lot of us just walk straight past on our way to the bread bin.
So good food is really important.
So many of us are busy.
We've got in Auckland particularly, but even for other parts of New Zealand, the commutes are savage.
The hours are long.
A lot of us are working weekends.
A lot of us are working at nights.
Our phones, which now have our emails on it, means that the workday can go for 12, 14, 15 hours.
