And that's in the workplace.

And it's not just women that we educate in the workplace.

It's men.

And we go into workplaces and we do educational seminars.

We do their CPD accredited lunch and learns that employers and employees can benefit from a second education on their bodies and how to understand them and how to take control of their hormones.

their cycles and actually to regain it as a superpower.

And that is such a value add to a workplace that its employees would then actually better understand and predict what's going to happen to them as opposed to falling into this cataclysm of health and ill health.

As opposed to saying, actually, we fundamentally know what's going to happen.

We can predict with high confidence when you're going to go into perimenopause.

And if we can equip you with understanding where the symptoms are, how to get treatment and how to actually access help before things go wrong, before you get the brain fog, then the workplace wins, the individual wins.

So for me, I think it's like going back to school, but we're actually meeting women where they are in the workplace and saying, now is your time to learn.

I think that's the main problem that we experience.

Actually, I love that she drew a connection because so often we attend appointments and it's to solve our problem and nobody joins the dots between the longitudinal health outcomes that we know actually exist.

What we see is women who presented with horrific periods, pain, hormonal acne, weight gain during their teenage years and were met with, as most women were then and still are to a huge extent, this giant bandage that we call contraception.

And that bandage is a fix-all solution.

Let's make the problem go away.

What makes me angry is

I said, there was never an investigation into the underlying cause.

What was it that was causing all of these symptoms?

Just make it go away.
