Yeah, stoke pumped.
Let's make it awesome.
This is just an anxiety overload, basically.
So you've been there, right?
You're a normal person and suddenly everyone knows you and they're talking about you and they have opinions about you.
And so you're going to fight or flight.
What's really going on neurologically is this.
When input comes into our brain and our body from the environment, our brain processes from the bottom to the top and from the back to the front.
Now, this is really important because all of our emotional processing happens at the back.
Well, sort of in the middle, sort of back behind the ears a little bit.
We call that the limbic system.
Fancy word basically means emotional processing center.
And that means it's all of our fears.
It's all of our anxieties.
It's all of our excitement and energy.
That's all back here.
All of the thinking, the rational stuff, the ability to go, hmm, there is a really effective way for me to process this and deal with it.
That all happens up here behind our forehead, above our eyes.
We call that the prefrontal cortex.
That's like the executive of the brain.
