If we would just like slow down, back up, do the work, the quality, time consuming work that it entails.
To get it right the first time, we wouldn't have to go back a second, a third, or fourth time.
I used to do resuscitation science research and I worked with companies all the time who would put out new products and then be astonished that the medical providers either didn't know how to use them or wouldn't use them because they never took the time.
To ask, to see if this new shiny product was something that you wanted that would solve a problem, that was functional in any way, shape, or form.
And so, yeah, I mean, it's just companies spend a lot of time building products that people don't use because they don't do what is required to understand what it is people want and need.

And then
converging down into a specific problem or population area and then thinking broadly about what their solution is that's going to meet their needs and then converging down to like what is that actual solution going to be?
It is a mindset shift that once you understand it.
He will use it constantly.
And the nurses who have gone through all of our programs, not just the J and J program, but we run a Summer Innovation Institute.
We run an Innovation Accelerator program.
We teach courses on it at Penn Nursing.
Like they take that mindset shift into the work that they do outside of the fellowship, outside of the class and the accelerator.
So
