Well, and that's why when people come out in the public and they say, oh, kids don't need a dad.
Well, look at the research.
How can you just say that it's all wrong?
So as a physician, everything I write has to be medically backed with solid medical evidence.
And that's exactly what I do in the book.
I don't just come up with ideas and sort of tell anecdotal stories or make things up.
I really write things based on medical research.
And, you know, it's really just gotten more and more and more problems with kids.
You see the explosion of depression, anxiety right now in kids.
You know, that was much worse today than it was 10 or 15 years ago.
So I really believe that the message in my book is more important today than it was 10 or 15 years ago.
Very important.
But they have a very different role.
And we're not willing to say that in our culture.
We're not willing to say, you know, a boy's a boy and a girl's a girl.
But, you know, that a mother's a mother and a dad's a dad.
Dads bring something very different to the family than mothers do.
