Psychologists find that simply writing about things in a journal also helps.

We underestimate how common these are.

And so we're going to feel like we're alone with

whatever the secret might be.

And this helps to explain, for instance, a lot of the variability that psychologists observed during COVID.

During the COVID period, when people were required to stay at home, there was a lot of

variability in how people responded to that.

And that depended a lot on what their home life was like versus work life, right?

So if you're home in an abusive relationship with somebody, your life just got a whole lot worse because you couldn't get away from it, right?
