It's moving your mental goalpost from a negative thought process to a positive, I want this thought process.

Again, the hope is that people start to recognize we have so much more power over our bodies, over our lives by what we do up here, by how we think, by what we believe, by how we talk to ourselves.
We have that ability.
We just don't teach people to harness it.
We don't teach people to use that.

And it's so simple.
We can all do it.

My daughter's turning 10.
And last night she took my laptop and she came and showed me and I said, what are you doing?
And she said, I made a vision board, my 10 year old daughter for where she wants her 10 year life to go and what she wants to happen.
And I thought, okay, I'm doing something right.
You're doing a lot right.
Yeah, I mean, this, as I said, was purposefully the last chapter in the book.
Because as I mentioned, I call it, your purpose is your lighthouse.
When things are dark, when you can't see how you could possibly be happy or have meaning in your life, your purpose calls you there.
