And is there a certain way that you write it down?
I just write it on a piece of paper and take a little thumbtack and put it up on the wall.
And I have my kids doing it now too.
We sit at the dinner table and I'll say, let's manifest that this is going to happen.
We talk about it out loud in my family because I want them to start to do it at this age.
They're 13 and nine to believe that they have control and power over their future.
and what they want.
And yes, I agree with you.
I think when you're living in a state of constant stress, you can't refocus your brain.
The brain is plastic.
We keep saying that.
It is plastic.
It can change.
We can rewire it.
And part of the way we do that is by the thoughts we choose to focus on.
