And then I would refer them on for long-term management to her.
It was a beautiful relationship we built out over years, right?
She would send them back when they were ready to have treatments done and they were optimized.
You know, whatever it takes.
I'm not opposed to the hormones, though, is my point.
And a lot of doctors will just tell you, oh, you're not a candidate.
Or they'll kind of go with some...
you know, it's like medieval thinking in a lot of ways.
And they're medieval about how they handle thyroid.
They're medieval about how they handle hormones.
They haven't gotten on the tip of the spear yet.
And there's a lot of doctors who are really excited to prescribe hormones that are brand new to it.
And I think that's freaking awesome because we got some of the black box warnings taken off, but they're brand new to it.
So if you don't fit, you know, they took a week and,
workshop or they took an online course and now they're prescribing.
And so they don't have a ton of experience yet either.
That's okay.
Work with them, but just know that if they can't figure it out, they might be inclined to be like, oh, well, let's just, let's discontinue it.
Then I used to do that when I was brand new.
I would be like, well, if it's making you feel terrible, stop taking it.
