Maybe you've graduated to sitting down before you step into your pants or leaning an elbow against the wall.
however you do it, you recognize if I say it, yes, that does require balance.
Or the times when you've, you know, sort of stumbled forward and caught it, or you do the little hop
hop place of one foot into the pants so that you can get two feet on the floor again quickly.
When you reach for something on a high shelf, it requires balance.
Think you're sort of shifting your weight and you need to balance.
You have more weight on one leg than another.
And you might have to be grabbing something that has a different weight and you have to bring it into your space and not lose your
Balance.
Um when you step off a curb carrying groceries, there's a swing and there's a motion, you've got to catch yourself, you've got to leave the leave the step.

um grass or surfaces that are slightly uneven and the power of proprioception which is like the
muscul m muscular and sensory and nervous system.
