It's another one that can sort of be invisible until we need it.
So I'm not talking about, you know, grab the dumbbell and see how much you can lift.
But
Most days actually don't require dramatic amounts of like physical capacity where we were showing how much muscle we have, but it requires our strength within the day.
We move through our routines without giving it much thought whether we're strong enough.
We see the bag we pick it up.
You know, um, then something interrupts that whole illusion that it exists in the gym and not in our real life.
Maybe and I found myself like this, you go to lift
a suitcase and you think you know what it's going to weigh and it's heavier or even lighter.
Lighter in reverse can actually surprise the brain more.
But you you go to picket with what you think is the the amount of strength you need and you can't lift it.
And all of a sudden you feel like back muscles engage.
You feel your neck tense up because the muscles that you were bringing to the party weren't the muscles required for the job.
And the opposite is true if you like overcompensate.
You go to grab something that's that's light and you expect it to be heavy, you may fly yourself back.
That's when balance would come in handy.
You might fly back.
Um, if you're carrying a case of sparkling water, you know, for example, from the car and wonder, you know, if it's if it got heavier since the last time you carried it.
Um carrying around bags of potting soil which are, you know, uh a a little funny to carry 'cause they're not like they're they're not solid.
They can bend and move and require different muscles to sort of keep
