I mean, except in terms of like, you know, strength training or, you know, doing the exercise that keeps your muscles active.

Ha how much strength to me, anyway, is not something I am consumed with all the time or think about.
Some people think about it more.
But strength actually shows up throughout our day and supports us day to day um as well.
