Balance challenges them.
Grip strength sort of hints at the reserve that's behind them.
And if we put walking in that, walking asks us to bring them together, to bring them all together in real life in real space.
Are we maintaining the physical abilities and skills that allow us to say yes?
I'm saying yes to better days.
Um, to allow us to keep saying yes to people, places, and experience that make up our full and well lived life.
And the encouraging news here is that many of these are trainable.
We can actually improve our walking speed, we can improve our strength.
We can approve our balance, we can approve these things.
