But it comes back to the thing of, you know, this idea that, you know, people want this liberating thing of, like, you know, hospitality is meant to be.

And hospitality workers get some absolute shit thrown at them, like ridiculous what people sometimes treat them like.

You know, people wearing headphones not really saying hello or good morning.
