They get too into it sometimes.
I mean, there is some sheer, like, ferocity in their fuck off sometimes with certain customers.
But it comes back to the thing of, you know, this idea that, you know, people want this liberating thing of, like, you know, hospitality is meant to be.
The customer's always right.
You know, you try and please as much as possible.
And hospitality workers get some absolute shit thrown at them, like ridiculous what people sometimes treat them like.
You know, people wearing headphones not really saying hello or good morning.
All that stuff we say fuck off to.

Listen, you come here, there's signs everywhere that tell you.
Even at the pop-up, we had these massive, like, 10-foot LED screens that had flat white or fuck off.
And people still came and ordered, like...
black coffees or lattes or I think we had one person that asked for matcha you know it's it's mental you just go no the fuck off is deserved once you get to that that front of the queue my my favorite of the pop-up my favorite interaction was the the police showed up and we're like oh fuck
This is going to be one of those public order things.
We're all going to get arrested, but still content.
But no, they loved it.
They were asking for that.
I want a cappuccino.
