Well, they got to answer the phone when a tech calls or a customer's calling them back.

So how many calls are they taking versus how many they're missing?

We want to make sure the schedule stays full.

You know, if we've got capacity today,

and we don't fill it, that capacity is gone for the year.

That revenue is gone.

There's no going back to yesterday to refill it.

So we've incentivized dispatchers to pull jobs from the future into the slots today.
