and who was twice arrested for crimes died while in custody at a hospital.
Mohammad Nazir Pakhtiowal had been in ICE custody in Dallas for less than a day on March 13th when he needed medical attention and was brought to Parkland Hospital.
He died the next day.
The death is under investigation.
Pak Tiawal had been taken into custody due to his immigration parole ending last August.
He was arrested twice last year, once for theft and once for welfare fraud.
