You can't judge a person's age just by looking at them.

And so not only do you not have the resources, I just don't think it's your intent to go around and challenge every individual.

And I'm willing personally to trust that.

So uh

That means that uh on the other hand, when you see something that your officers recognize

as being something dangerous that could be taking shape.

And they want to go up and do something about it.

They've got they can't just walk up to those kids and say, Guys, you know, please go home, and the kids just stick their tongue out, right?

And so I envision this as a way of the officers, if necessary.

uh requiring somebody who isn't cooperative uh by version of the ordinance to go home or or to leave.

And

Then I uh so that's kind of a a question of how you expect it will work and

Uh I have thought also about the pilot idea.

Uh and I agree that something like that needs to happen.

My only issue about a pilot as you think about this is how long, right?

So if you realize that over the span of a year there's a cycle, right?

There there are different conditions in the different seasons.

Uh so do you do a pilot for a year?

That sounds like a long time.

Or do you do a pilot for six months?
