The female prisoners have said the abuse has become intolerable.

Think about that.

They basically said the abuse we used to get was manageable, but now we're totally fucked.

In 2020, the DOJ said that Lowell was in direct violation of the Eighth Amendment and the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act and gave them 49 days to get their act together or get shut down.

Then Florida Secretary of Corrections Mark Inch, who was named after his cock, I believe...

See, Mark denied the claims by the DOJ, and way past that 49-day marker was asked if changes had been made to improve the prison, and he simply said no.

So Mark Inch, quick history, stepped down after being director of prisons federally in 2017 after a house oversight and government reform committee was investigating the B.O.P.,

Corpulent-faced Ron DeSantis thought that was awesome and hired Inch to be in charge of Florida's prisons.

He retired after a year on the job.

Mark Inch was just another person incapable of cleaning up Lowell and other Florida prisons.

So this is all going to lead us to the suspicious death of incarcerated woman Latondra Ellington.

One of the main problems at Lowell Correctional is guards covering for each other and retaliation towards women who report abuse.

Often women who filed a report of abuse usually find themselves in solitary confinement, which is torture.

Yes.

On September 21st, 2014, Latondra Ellington witnessed Sergeant Patrick Quircioli raping a fellow inmate and reported it.

Ten days later, on October 1st, 2014, she was found dead in her cell.
