very depressed about it and I don't get depressed I'm like not a I'm not a sad negative skewed person at all it was very very sad so that is my now year update which is I physically feel great at 41 I definitively feel better and look better for sure than I did at 35 and with the bonus help of the sauna and the shake plate and the red light and the supplements that I take

and overall you know just living an emotionally regulated life I think it's only up from here I'm feeling really good about where I am at 41 and I would encourage some of you that might be scared maybe like I was I like you know I've been anti the v you know

been that way since i was 19 so um the idea that i am injecting myself with something once a week believe me it was like a stretch for me mentally to get to but there there are great sources out there most of what's out there is absolute garbage from china so you have to be very very very careful

absolute full transparency.

I've been a partner with LEMD for the last year.

Everybody that is on board with that company, they're some of the most delightful humans I've ever met.

So they've really, I think, been a leader in the market with doing it right when there are so many discount suppliers out there.

So I love this company.

I have probably about 200 or more clients that are under me at LEMD.

Many of them have grown exceptional businesses with LEMD.

And, you know, whether you are interested in peptides or you're with another company that you think might be kind of sketchy and you don't want to do it the sketchy Chinese route anymore.
