Uh one thing to look at here would be depersonalization.

This is something that I I honestly have seen more of in the last few years than I ever have before.

And depersonalization

would also experience some of these nihilistic delusions.

Whether or not they act on them and believe them is a matter of agency, right?

So somebody could experience depersonalization, but if they're not acting on it and they know that it's not technically real, technically they're not having a nihilistic delusion.

Are they believing it and acting on it, or are they able to be aware of it and know that it's not true?
