Well, look, I I think in a whole lot of ways.
Sometimes just by modelling, there's no you were just going through people getting direct advice.
Um, but they model a lot just by living with them day to day, observing um how they manage their relationships.
And you sort of drink things in without even being aware of it, um, which is hugely influential, not just how they deal with you know, if your parents are together, how they deal with their intimate relationships.

Um that's disappointing sometimes to find out.
I mean sometimes what we hope to do is choose someone who um is the opposite of what we've observed.
You know, we try really hard sometimes to choose someone who's not like our parents and set up a relationship that's nothing like anything that's ever gone before it.
And sometimes a few years in you go sort of dr it's it's turned out to be with the same themes and the same
kind of issues.
So there seems to be common thought that we can be a little helpless against the forces at uh at work.
