Um well, um I think that uh probably the most obvious one is that you know, that if your parents if this happens with your parents who are in fact meant to be
all wise, all knowing people, then it's inevitable that it's gonna happen to you too.
And if they say things like that, like
You're just like your father, this kind of thing.
And you know, you look just like him or her or yeah, you've got the same characteristics.
You can really kind of um it's like putting cement boots on someone sometimes that um that you can feel like there's this generational thing that's gonna suck you in.
Um so I think some of that, um I do think that if you spend a lot of years just watching really poor behaviour and feel
really trapped in that, um and it's unremitting, that also can be, you know, hugely influential.
Alex, uh thanks for
Well, look, I I think um obviously there's a there's a already an idea that maybe what what sounds good, like I'm critically analytical, um, could also be I'm very defended against attachment, you know, and um and so uh already you're onto something if you start to think, um I mean I I think when you do that when you're up into the age of twenty, that's not uncommon.
But if you keep doing that as a pattern
And your friends have met some of these people, and your friends say, Well, he or she seemed very nice, then I think you do start to notice.
You you'd start to say, Well, gee, why is it other people think this this would be st something to stay with and I and I I don't.
I think if you also notice there's a certain point where you start to get a bit antsy, um, also to start to say, at what point do I want to call it that there's no legitimate reason for me to
leave, I really should stay a bit longer and manage my discomfort.
I think to try and push yourself through it and uh see what's out the other side is really is really important.
So I think you've got to be on to yourself in a way.
And so if you do this really repetitively, then you know there's something going on there because you probably met very nice people and and
Some of them would have worth been hanging out with at least for a little bit longer.
Well, certainly it has a a huge impact but but yeah, it's not um inevitable that this could happen.
