And so we really want to make sure that we're eating protein because protein will slow the absorption of those starches and sugars in our body.
And we won't have those highs and lows as far as blood sugar crashes go.
Well, so it depends.
We really want to limit our red meat because that can have carcinogenic properties to it and promote cancer.
Also limit soy.
Because that can also create some estrogen problems in your body.
So if you are someone who really likes tofu or likes soy milk, I would recommend that you limit that to probably one serving per day.
All right, so number four.
Number four is move, move daily.
And so this does not have to be like a workout, but let's see, what's the tip that I can give you here?
So I think that for myself, okay,
I think I am one of the most consistent exercisers that I know.
And here's what I've discovered for myself.
And that is that everyone will tell you that you shouldn't exercise daily, okay?
It depends on what you call exercise.
So I do something every single day.
And why that works is because when I wake up in the morning,
I don't ask myself, am I exercising today?
I ask myself, what am I doing today?
Am I strength training?
