Then also if you transition that to AI, I mean if we've worked with AI, I mean it's becoming more and more clever but something that's been drilled into us from pretty early on is like you've got to be quite specific in your instructions.
If you want an outcome, we've got to get as specific as possible because AI also –
particularly at a recruitment processing level.
So when we're talking about recruitment software, it at present day isn't going to be the most clever AI.
It is going to be keyword matching in that same way.
There's an element of taking the lead from the, I guess, process that's put in front of you.
So if you're applying for it, I'm going to go with the engineering process.
example a little bit further, if you're applying for a small consultancy, chances are that they might not be using AI.
They might be posting the ad on Seek themselves and somebody is sitting there and going through all of the application documents.
There's no fancy forms to fill out.
And so they might say at the bottom of that ad, please send your cover letter and CV to this email address or hit apply.
follow that lead.
If you're applying for a more sophisticated business, maybe it's a software engineer at Atlassian, maybe not right now, but you know, it's, it's sort of that really big business.
It's a tech business.
Then chances are, yeah, you're probably going to end up down a path that you'd, you follow the leader.
