Absolutely.

It's like your whole body is in this like it feels empty and gaping and like hollow.

And I get angry at myself.

Oh, and that anger I think is what she is talking about as being that anger is unnecessary.

The feeling might be there, but then we add this anger of, like, I'm angry that I feel this way.

And that is where the spiralling, yeah.

And I think when things are really hard between us or when PMDD was really bad, we would have moments where we would say, okay, let's not talk to each other as lovers or partners or boyfriend, girlfriend or whatever.
