Perfect.
So as he got better at recognising it and being able to support it as well, then yeah, that changed the way that I was able to view the illness and I was able to like live in it a bit more comfortably because I feel like when you –
are in a very emotional state and you're stressed about expressing those, like you're stressed about appearing too angry or appearing too weepy or appearing like your emotions are just too big, you start spiraling over that as well.
And he was really helpful in like I don't have to spiral about spiraling.
Yeah.
Okay, so some examples.
I mean, oh, there's the first week where he stays with me in lockdown and I just feel like I became luteal and I just started trying to like almost control him in this way of like you left your socks on the floor.
You got like I wanted to almost make –
him small because I felt like my emotions were like so big and I felt so frenetic that I almost wanted, I wanted to control myself and then by extension I wanted to control him.
And he was just kind of like, you're being really erratic.
I'm going to leave and like go stay at my parents' house.
And at this point I didn't even know if he would be able to come back.
So I have the biggest meltdown.
Like I'm just crying.
I'm like, I'm never going to see you again.
This is a new relationship by the way.
And at that point I wasn't like really tracking it so I didn't even, I couldn't preempt it.
So, yeah, that was like it's, that could have been so embarrassing.
But he was very, yeah, just understanding.
He was just like, you're fine, dude.
