I don't really do that anymore because you don't know what that other person is going through at the moment you don't know what behind the scenes looks like on the outside they look beautiful aesthetic have all the best things but they could be in turmoil at home they could be going through an illness at home you don't know exactly so you cannot judge a book by its cover you have to literally judge
Really, you know, accept that person for who they are and leave all those stories and those little egos that comes in telling you stories being like, look at her, look at him.
No, learn to judge less and actually take people at face value on what they're giving you as well.
Learn to understand more of that person and ask questions.
You know, how are you?
You know, what's going on?
Like, you know, you're allowed to be curious about another person as well, because that's where I think the little nuggets and the little sparks really happen with a person is when you're getting to know that person and be curious and ask questions, especially in dating as well.
But with your friends, with your family, ask those questions like what's exciting, what's going on?
You know, how have you been feeling?
Like learn to judge less, do you know?
And I think as well as become more aware of yourself when you do judge, not only to other people, but yourself.
Like I'm judging myself at the moment since I'm stepping in, going 40, being like, oh God, should I really be moving out?
Should I go back to work?
You know, I need to earn more money.
Like, oh, my life I feel is like all over the shop.
I want to run away to Bali and waste all my savings.
