they are able when they're able to find the technology solutions that free up the staff time that's being spent on compliance or other or on backroom processes so that they can go out and have to build those relationships and make those sales calls or make the points of contact with individuals consumers and have more of that backroom work done in the background

and not take up so much their time.

And I certainly like what you said about data, putting your data to work.

I have, I'll just say bank that shall not be named recently opening an account.

And I already have an account with this bank and it was a two week process to get this account opened up and I had to do all the forms and data and my personal information and everything.

And I was like, it's not even it was a deposit account, not even a loan account.

I'm like, you have all this.

I've filled this out for you guys so many times when we did the other this other loan account.

I don't know why the systems aren't able to speak to each other.

You already have that in the bank.

It should be easy to take that and just say, oh, we can put that to work to smooth this process over on this side.

And I know there's a thousand reasons why.

from legacy tech and processes that are well-documented and everything for why that doesn't happen.

But it does seem like some real untapped opportunity for banks to build on as they try to put this data to work for the consumer.

So I am curious, I'd love to learn a little bit more about your talent model at Orrstown Bank.

How are you, how are you developing, sourcing and retaining the right talent that you need to run the organization and, and help it grow in the markets that you're serving?

So what are you looking ahead now that you're in this role as CEO?

Obviously, you've got the whole bank to be responsible for, as well as these leadership of this growing organization at a broader platform in the state and then across state lines.

From that vantage point, what are you most excited about in banking over the next five to 10 years?
