I'm Evan Sparks, and I'm delighted to be joined today by Adam Metz.

Adam is the newly appointed president and chief executive officer at Boarstown Bank up in central Pennsylvania.

And Adam, I'm really delighted to have you on the show.

So I'd love it if you could give us a little bit of an introduction.

I know you've been with the bank in other executive roles for a number of years, but tell me a little bit about your background and your story as a banker.

So yeah, I'd love to learn a little bit more about Orrstown Bank.

Are there areas where you have a special focus on in your lending and your business model and your strategy beyond the, obviously the geographic market you already mentioned, but just tell me a little bit more about your strategy at the bank and how that's, how that's evolved over the years you've been there.

What are some of the challenges you're seeing in your markets where your bank is well positioned to help meet those needs and address those challenges for consumers, for businesses, for the local community?

Can you talk a little bit about how Orrstown Bank is working to deliver new technology that helps you meet these needs, helps you get more efficient as a bank?

I'm curious about how you've been able to position the bank in the technology and innovation space over the last several years as you've been there in different leadership roles.
