Yeah, it it has to be got to do with the Cowboy lads.

Certainly not the Indians, I don't think.
Yeah, so all we're doing so to to cook the chicken, as I said, you're gonna shallow fry them, you've made the slaw, you've made the ranch, pick up a couple of uh burger buns.
When you're after you've cooked the chicken
You have to cook it twice.
So you into the far fryer to blanch, then take it out, hurry the temperature up to one eighty and cook it again.
And then all you do is toast your bones, smear the ranch wrestling on either side, plenty of that slaw and then the crispy Cajun chicken.
This is real proper weekend cooking for me and uh I'd definitely give it a go if you don't if you're sick of watching Trump, at least you're gonna eat it still.

I know, but I mean the the the golf is on down there, so I think uh Doom Beg are probably having a good weekend from a business point of view, so
