Each player's got their strengths and their weaknesses.

You know, obviously there's a certain level that we were all expected to play it when it come to how we defended and how we attacked.

But, I mean, Stevie was a guy that could win a game off his own boot and you didn't want to take that away from him.

And I think Chappie, you know, Chappie was just a fantastic player as well.

He was a guy that probably, if you were to ask him, would have liked a bit more midfield time.

Yes.

He couldn't get in there.

But the role that he played for us as a forward and, you know, just how selfless he was in playing that role for so long is a big part of the reason why we had so much success.

Yeah, well, that was all part of it at that time.

I mean, you'd let them go for a period of time and then a few of the leaders would step in and break them up.

And I do think that's part of the reason why we had the success we did is we had such a competitive group.

that it didn't matter whether it was a game of table tennis, any drill.

Kicking goals around the corner.

I reckon, Stevie, just about every training session, he'd be putting $50, $100 on a kicking contest.

But yeah, I think you need that.

I think a team needs that.

You need to go into each training session wanting to improve and get better.

And we just had a group that really just, we pushed each other.
