It's not that they have achieved any kind of peace agreement because what the U.S.

It was all based on fear of another disruption to the broad economy.
When COVID hit and people basically stopped driving and traveling and doing things, oil demand really did collapse.
It wasn't demand destruction.
It was just activity came to a grinding halt.
