Everyone's got an opinion.
I I liked how Michelle said that and not everyone's opinion is valid.
Nobody knows your relationship circumstances as well as you know them.
And from the sounds of it, Michelle's got a fair amount of self awareness.
She knows who she is.
She spent all that time alone before this relationship.
And as she said, in her situation, a lot of the feelings started fading before the actual breakup happened and that can make huge difference in terms of readiness to move on.
So, from my opinion, I think she is ready and raring to go and and should give herself permission.
It depends on so many things, Nat.
It depends on how long the relationship is, how intertwined your lives were, how
um emotionally interdependent or codependent you were, your own attachment style.
You know, there's so many factors that go into it, you can't really have a rule of thumb that applies across the board.

I I'd it prefer you to use it as an experiment, but that whole idea of spending uh, you know, heaps and heaps of times together when you're first dating
can be a little bit tricky.
