The fire that burns brightly also is the fire that burns out quickly.
The other thing is uh you were mentioning that
They're saying that they've never really felt so comfortable, so I'd be wondering
Just how much energy you give.
them in the relationship and how willing you are to sit back and let them
give you energy and an engage with you.
Um in a reciprocal type of way.
Yeah, and it's it's a really common thing and it doesn't make you a bad person but it does mean that you get to an overwhelm point pretty quick and you go, Oh God, this is too hard
So what I would be encouraging you to do is next time around just take it slower and give it space for them to give to you and see if you can feel into the discomfort there because there'll be reasons why it's uncomfortable for you.
And um tolerate that discomfort to get comfort you will habituate to it and get more used to it.

just, you know, for the first few days and then in the next few days you might say, Hey, how are you?
as she said.
You know, and then after that you might challenge yourself to have conversations and then you know, and so on and so on.
But
It's a little bit like anything else that you learn or relearn.
You have to slowly get used to it again and that builds your confidence.
