concentrate and you know you don't sleep properly and there's all sorts of other things that mean it's really not a great idea for for a huge amount of time so yeah it's it's good that it fades and and it moves into a more mature love which has its own treasures it's not a lesser version of love when that new relationship energy fades it can be deeper and even more fulfilling
Yeah, well, when you're in the new relationship energy phase, you've kind of got an artificial high going on.
So a lot of those pre-existing mental health issues might fade away temporarily or
seem as big a deal when you're sort of in that love.
And then once that starts to fade away, then you start to find, oh, goodness, actually, this person's depressed or this person's really anxious or other types of things.
You're very right.
You do put your best foot forward when you're in that new relationship energy.

They're they're meaning that
the they feel resentful of their partner or they feel
bored in the relationship and a lot of times that's based on a lack of positive relationship behaviors, a lack of loving acts in the relationship.
Now it takes two to contribute loving acts into a relationship.
So I think the first thing to think about when you're considering breaking up with a partner because you don't feel the love for them anymore.
Is is this person willing to work with me to bring love back into the relationship, to do to minimise the negativity if there's negativity and and to bring loving acts back into the relationship?
you
