We had no input on that and and yet we still had to try and manage and coach these players.
And like I said, it's um no takes a bit of time.
You only have to look at other managers and other situations even even this season.
It's it can't be done after five games.

Yeah, like you said, it's in it's important to have because you can't go in the in the right direction there um without these badgers.
I think a lot of it is um obviously sometimes you're not learning what to do, it's also learning what not to do.
Mm.
Um I think the provisions for me, a lot of it was was dealing up and managing up and and now with the the new roles that's over especially over the last five, ten years where the sporting directors, director of football, technical directors and and obviously owners
Um that's what a lot of it was about.
So the experience that I've had, although it hurt um losing the job so quick, it's it's something I'm gonna learn from and it's an experience that I wouldn't have been able to get on any coaching course.
But again, like I said, it's um and I was tough to take over the last couple of weeks.
Um I've taken it quite tough because you know it doesn't reflect uh the person that I am, especially
the harsh words that were said, um because anyone that knows me, my standards are are really high and no my word ethic is is is top notch and now I'd like to like to see that that's the that's the way it's been um in the short time at Livingston also.
Well, I think if you actually if you if you know the process, um, by all means and and this is only what I got told, that they'd all already interviewed eight people um in the summer before me.
So they obviously had a process that they wanted to follow and it was um no it it was highly regarded if you if you're not looking at a pl eight fellow managers or coaches and and you don't pick them.
So yeah, I think the process is obviously true agents, it's it's true
through word and mouth.
Um now a lot of clubs will put out there for to be applied for and and applications will go in.
