Cause I think that, you know, like uh I mean, I'm very close now, so I'm at the stage where yeah, you know, I'm looking at

E even things like the freezer meals and um

preparing kind of like snacks to have ready and all of that.

And it's so obviously like all of the most convenient things.

Particularly if they are

less processed, they are not high in protein.

Totally.

So it's that's really interesting for me to know that actually like the rest of the time I need to be making sure that like all of my meals totally are high very high protein.
