You had to talk to somebody and there was a little you know non trivial complexity like we see today with, you know, AI and and the rest, but you had a lot of technology, a lot of data, and it was a strategic exit.

They had b stack of really big customers and they didn't have this product to sell to those customers, right?

So w this is the sixty-four thousand dollar or bil million, you know, question for an acquisition.
