I think some people don't get there because I don't think they commit.
I think some people see themselves committing, but they're not knocking it all down.
I think they're doing, like, if we're going to break it down to four pillars, roughly, like we're going to say training and we're going to say training.
nutrition we'll put hydration supplementation there we'll put recovery and then we'll put stress management I think some people get one out of four two out of four I don't think they commit as uh completely or as wholly as they need to to make major changes they get some early changes in the beginning but because they're not locking in everywhere they end up falling short

I feel like when they I do all my scheduling by text, that way I have it in case there's ever a misunderstanding.

The longer it takes to get a deal done, the less likely it is for the deal to get done.
I feel like when I'm scheduling people and locking them in or responding to their questions, when they write back that they've got it or they commit to it, I feel like they're on board and we're going to make some hay.
It's when they
draw it out and they go, okay, let me see what I can do Monday.
If you end up not having that, when it becomes that kind of thing, I think this is probably never going to get off the ground.
